White Chocolate Cream Pie






I used to think a scrumptious dessert needed a lot of preparation. I was wrong. I made a basic graham crumb crust. To that, I added white chocolate pudding and decorated it with candy sprinkles. Total time: ten minutes.

Ingredients and Preparation

Crust

1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
1 cup graham wafer crumbs
1/8 tsp almond extract.



Press that into a greased pie plate, like so.


Filling

2 boxes of white chocolate pudding. The instructions on the box call for 2 cups of cold milk. I used 1 and 1/2 cup for each box. Beat on high speed about 4 minutes until thickened.


Pour mixture on the crust. Smooth it out and decorate with sprinkles.
