Oatmeal Sea Salt Caramel Chip Cookies
WHAT YOU NEED:
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 3/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup butterscotch chips
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lined two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon. Stir until combined. Add rolled oats until well blended. Fold in caramel chips. Roll into walnut sized rounds. Bake 15-17 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
