White Chocolate Chip Cookies
What You
Need:
1 cup
butter, softened
3/4 cup
packed brown sugar
1/2 cup
white sugar
2 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup
all-purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 cup
white chocolate chips
3/4 cup
fresh cranberries, halved
1 tbsp
brown flax seeds
What You
Need To Do:
Preheat
oven to 350 and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a
hand mixer, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3
minutes. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add flax seeds
and blend in.
In a
separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir into wet
ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and cranberries.
Place
scoops of dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake 12-15 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
